Artist Point Engagement Session

When Sydney and Michael asked us if we could drive three hours into the Mount Baker wilderness for their engagement session, the answer was a resounding yes! The peak of summer, with the forest backdrops, and the texture from the rock and surrounding mountains. It's hard to beat a place like Artist Point.

We will follow you wherever you want to do your engagement session, wedding, and family photos. Sydney and Michael chose this area because hiking in the Washington mountains is their favorite thing to do together. Artist Point is a place that represents them as a couple and where they feel most themselves.

We got to spend time at a lake nearby, along the road to the viewpoints between Mount Baker and Mount Shuksan, and around the visitor center. The day wasn't without it's complications though, as we tried to walk to the true lookout there was still too much snow to go all the way. However, we were able to navigate to some pretty breathtaking views to be able to make this session everything they wanted it to be. The beauty of the mountains and their love, captured together.
